Licensed Residential Electrician – Install

Position Overview

As a Residential Install Electrician, you will be responsible for performing residential electrical installations from start to finish. This is a hands-on role focused on new installs, upgrades, and remodel work — not troubleshooting or service diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations, including rough-in and finish work

• Install panels, circuits, breakers, disconnects, and related electrical components

• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical code requirements

• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and work orders

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members

• Work efficiently with install teams to keep projects on schedule

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Washington Journeyman Electrician License (required)

• Residential electrical installation experience strongly preferred

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Physically able to lift equipment and work in tight spaces (kneeling, crouching, crawling)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
