HVAC Sales Pro – IAQ & Duct Replacement Specialist
Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Pro – Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) & Duct Replacement Specialist to join our growing HVAC team. This is a 1099 contractor position and fully remote sales role responsible for helping homeowners improve their indoor comfort through IAQ products and duct system solutions. If you have a strong background in HVAC sales, particularly ductwork, indoor air quality products, and comfort solutions, and enjoy educating customers while closing high-value sales, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Working directly with technicians in the field to create/coach/close sales.
- Conduct remote consultations with homeowners regarding indoor air quality concerns and comfort needs.
- Recommend solutions including duct replacement, duct sealing, filtration systems, air purifiers, UV lights, humidity control products, and other IAQ improvements.
- Review technician findings, photos, reports, and customer information to build accurate recommendations.
- Educate customers on the benefits of proper airflow, healthy indoor air, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates while confidently overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Collaborate closely with field technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within the CRM.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably as a Comfort Advisor or Remote HVAC Sales Specialist.
- Solid experience selling ductwork, duct replacement, duct sealing, and indoor air quality products.
- Ability to explain technical HVAC concepts in a way homeowners can easily understand.
- Proven ability to close sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple customer consultations throughout the day.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IAQ products such as:
- Whole-home air purifiers
- UV air treatment systems
- HEPA filtration
- Humidifiers and dehumidifiers
- Ventilation solutions
- Experience reviewing technician photos and reports to generate sales recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales platforms.
- High level of knowledge of ducting replacement for homes.
- Solid understanding of overall HVAC residential.

Pay: Fully commission. Anticipating $80,000 - $300,000 per year in earnings depending on drive and prior experience leading sales and helping techs offer solutions.
